Sen. Patty Murray – FUZZY math on teacher “pink slips” in Washington State
3,000 facing layoffs? Sen. Patty Murray’s math doesn’t add up.
That was a close one. With the new school year approaching and 3,000 Washington state teachers facing layoffs, Congress came through with money to save their jobs. As U.S. Sen. Patty Murray put it on the floor of the Senate last week: “That means 3,000 teachers in Washington state who are right now in limbo, who are spending this summer not knowing if they’ll return to a classroom or a pink slip in the fall.” Problem is, there aren’t 3,000 teachers in Washington state facing layoffs. Not even close.

Tammy Bruce – on the O’Reilly Factor – Don’t call her a Republican!
Tammy Bruce provides commentary on a broad spectrum of topics with O’Reilly Factor guest host Juan Williams. Don’t call her a Republican – find out how she identifies her political self.
I had the pleasure of chatting with Juan Williams about Tammy Bruce a while back. And NO, he wasn’t giving me a subtle message – he was holding a business card in his hand while trying to juggle an autograph…and hey, I bought 3 of his books! He was quite charming.

WOOFings – this one on Sarah Palin
She Typed. She Sent. She Conquered. – by Tammy Bruce
The general sense on Twitter is that the governor is running for president. What are your thoughts on this? I know that you know that I’m a big supporter while many TAMs have other favorites. No matter how I approach this issue and this individual I always want to make sure you’re comfortable speaking your minds about Palin as well as about your own favorite(s). I know you TAMs aren’t shy but I thought I’d mention it.
On July 29, 2010, Tammy Bruce posted the above on her website – and requested TAM (subscriber) feedback on the oft-asked question “WILL SHE RUN?”…
Tammy read my comment on her July 30, 2010 live broadcast:That was fun…WOOF!

What do you expect for a politcian running for re-election? the truth?
